Weaving Collaboration, Shaping the Future: Chinese and Russian Tactical Apparel Professionals Engage in Deep Industry Exchange

On November 25, 2025, Cema hosted a delegation of over 20 tactical apparel specialists from Russia at its Ceqian Garment Factory for a dedicated technology and manufacturing exchange.

The visit provided an in-depth look at Cema’s fully integrated production ecosystem. The delegation toured eight specialized workshops encompassing the entire tactical gear manufacturing process—from fabric R&D and automated cutting to modular sewing, rigorous quality testing, and finished goods logistics. The Russian professionals gained hands-on insight into core equipment and production flows, with particular attention paid to the factory's modular assembly systems and precision quality control.

A focused seminar followed, where both sides exchanged expertise on key industry topics such as functional fabric applications, design for extreme environments, and lean manufacturing efficiency. The dialogue highlighted shared challenges and opportunities, with the Russian delegation showing strong interest in Cema's tear-resistant fabric technology and modular production methodology.
